Refund Eligibility

As a buyer, you may request a refund within 5 days after delivery if your order meets one of the following conditions:

  1. Excessive delays or unaccepted orders – The freelancer fails to deliver the service within the agreed timeframe.
  2. Non-compliance with instructions or requirements – The freelancer does not follow the provided instructions or fails to meet the agreed project scope. To ensure fairness, all communication between the buyer and freelancer must remain on the platform. Freelancers attempting to communicate outside of mnhuna should be reported.
  3. Inability to complete the service – If the freelancer acknowledges that they cannot deliver the required work, meet the expected quality, or fulfill the service within the promised period.
  4. Misrepresentation or false advertising – The delivered service does not match the description, examples, or quality promised in the freelancer’s listing.
  5. Incomplete or unusable work – The freelancer delivers work that is missing key components, is non-functional, or is significantly below the agreed standards.
  6. Plagiarized or copied content – The freelancer submits work that is not original, contains unauthorized use of copyrighted materials, or has been taken from another source without permission.
  7. Breach of platform policies – The freelancer violates mnhuna’s Terms & Conditions, such as engaging in fraudulent activities, unauthorized use of third-party materials, or failing to comply with ethical guidelines.
  8. Violation of confidentiality or data privacy – The freelancer misuses sensitive information shared for the project or discloses details without authorization.
  9. Repeated non-responsiveness – If the freelancer fails to communicate or respond within a reasonable period, making project completion impossible.
  10. Failure to revise or correct issues – If the freelancer refuses to make necessary revisions despite offering them as part of the service agreement.

Refund Request Timeframe

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 5 days after delivery of the final order.
  • Requests made after this period will not be eligible unless exceptional circumstances apply.
  • Buyers must clearly specify the reason for the refund request and provide supporting details (e.g., communication logs, delivered files).

Special Cases

  • Refund requests outside of these reasons will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at mnhuna’s discretion.
  • Any attempt to misuse or abuse the refund system may result in account suspension.

Refund Terms and Conditions

  1. Funds from canceled orders are not automatically returned to your original payment method. Instead, the amount is credited to your mnhuna Balance for future purchases on the platform.
  2. If you wish to transfer funds from your mnhuna Balance back to your bank or credit account, you may request this through the billing section. The approval of such refunds depends on several factors, including:
    • The method, amount, and currency requested.
    • Measures to prevent fraudulent activity, as the number of refund requests to an original payment method is limited.
    • Evaluation by Customer Support, who will determine eligibility.
    • Processing such refunds may incur an additional fee.
  3. Partial refunds may be offered by freelancers for specific orders. If a buyer agrees to a partial refund, the amount will be refunded to their original payment method automatically. If, for any reason, mnhuna cannot process the refund to the original payment method, the agreed amount will be credited to the buyer’s mnhuna Balance instead.
